Data Collection

CSVCheck collects minimal data. We use anonymous session identifiers to manage usage limits. We do not collect email addresses, names, or any personal information unless you create an API account.

File Handling

CSV files you upload are processed entirely in server memory and are never written to disk. After validation is complete, the file data is immediately discarded. Only the validation results (metadata about your file structure, not the actual data) are stored temporarily to enable sharing via link.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your session and track anonymous usage. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant.

Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third parties. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no social media trackers.
