CSVCheck collects minimal data. We use anonymous session identifiers to manage usage limits. We do not collect email addresses, names, or any personal information unless you create an API account.

File Handling

CSV files are processed on our server. The platform may use temporary storage during upload; uploaded files are discarded after processing. Validation metadata and its share link expire after 24 hours. Converter outputs are kept temporarily for up to 1 hour so you can download them.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your session and track anonymous usage. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

Analytics

We use privacy-focused analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully GDPR compliant.

Third-Party Services

We do not share any data with third parties. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no social media trackers.
